【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard/Recommendationspecifiesthemetrologicalandtechnicalrequirementsandtestsformeasuringinstruments[hereaftertermed"instrument(s)"]thatservetodeterminethevolumefractionsofcertaincomponentsoftheexhaustgasesemanatingfrommotorvehicles,andestablishestheconditionswithwhichsuchinstrumentsmustcomplyinordertomeetanyOIMLperformancerequirements.Itisapplicabletoinstruments,particularlythoseusedaccordingtotheproceduredefinedinISO3929,intendedfortheinspectionandmaintenanceofin-usemotorvehicleswithsparkignitionengines.Theseinstrumentsareusedtodeterminethevolumefractionofoneormoreofthefollowingexhaustgascomponents:—carbonmonoxide(CO);—carbondioxide(C02);—hydrocarbons(HC,intermsofn-hexane);and—oxygen(02)atthemoisturelevelofthesampleasanalysed.ThisInternationalStandard/RecommendationcoversinstrumentswhoseprincipleofdetectionisbasedoninfraredabsorptioningasesforCO,C02andHC.Oxygenisgenerallymeasuredwithafuelcell.Itisnotintended,however,toexcludeanyothertypesofinstrumentsthat,althoughbasedonotherprinciplesofdetection,meetthespecifiedmetrologicalandtechnicalrequirementsandsatisfytheassociatedtests.Threeaccuracyclassesoftheinstruments,Class0,ClassIandClassII,arecovered.
