【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesanumberofoptimizedtestplans,thecorrespondingoperatingcharacteristiccurvesandexpectedtesttimes.Inadditionthealgorithmsfordesigningtestplansusingaspreadsheetprogramarealsogiven,togetherwithguidanceonhowtochoosetestplans.Thisstandardspecifiesprocedurestotestwhetheranobservedvalueof–failurerate,–failureintensity,–meantimetofailure(MTTF),–meanoperatingtimebetweenfailures(MTBF),conformstoagivenrequirement.Itisassumed,exceptwhereotherwisestated,thatduringtheaccumulatedtesttime,thetimestofailureortheoperatingtimesbetweenfailuresareindependentandidenticallyexponentiallydistributed.Thisassumptionimpliesthatthefailurerateorfailureintensityisconstant.Fourtypesoftestplansaredescribedasfollows:–truncatedsequentialtests;–time/failureterminatedtests;–fixedcalendartimeterminatedtestswithoutreplacement;–combinedtestplans.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverguidanceonhowtoplan,perform,analyseandreportatest.ThisinformationcanbefoundinIEC60300-3-5.Thisstandarddoesnotdescribetestconditions.ThisinformationcanbefoundinIEC60605-2andinIEC60605,Parts3-1to3-6.
